Profile update & Challenge added

I've revamped the way the profile is shown. It should now be easier on the eye and more structured.

What's new is that all those who want to be contacted have a little challange link in their profile. If you press it you'll be able to mail the directly fro the site. The mail will also automatically include info about your nick, rating and country, so all you have to do is to suggest the time.
