1.9.9 Dev. Version Tournament!

Dear community,

anticipation is such a marvellous pleasure. I hereby want to invite all players, especially those outside the top ranks, to think about a participation in a 1.9.9 tournament where one new faction will be at your disposal. Most of us have been following the development of the Khalifate very closely and decided for themselves if they like some features of it or not. Those requests were addressed and processed by the developers and now its on us to give them a thorough testing before 2.0 is released.
