hero (1920) / telipsancom (1293) ®"P2 elves won over P1 dwarves on Weldyn Channel, Footpads advanced too far on the west and got trapped by elves going behind them, a gryphon also got trapped trying to save them leading to 4 units lost including gryphon vs only 2 from elves (both scouts), resting during nighttime and Capitalizing on advantage during day time elves pushed on both sides leading to a successful take over of multiple villages. Advantage for elves was too much at that point. GG!" ~hero

News
Dear community,
Battle of Wesnoth has received a lot of attention lately, due to the TGT, WTT and other smaller tournaments like the KOTF. All of this has ignited the interest of an online-game company which is eager to increase its appearance on the market in exchange for organizing the Brutal Wesnoth International Tournament with a real prize in the end.
Now this is a novum and an experiment for us as a community: although Wesnoth is a free open-source game, somebody is willing to pay real money (no, not the players, they dont pay anything). The background for this willingness is the roaring success on the youtube channel "brutalwesnoth" and various live-coverages of "cr0aker" on portals like twitch.tv or justin.tv (more than 40.000 views on youtube in one year resp. almost 100.000 hits on the streaming portals).
The modus of "presence" or advertisement will be therefore a logo in one of the corners in the "live" and "youtube"-casts like some of us know from Starcraft 2.
When you win you can pick up the prize completely anonymously with a secret ID thats sent to ur wesnoth account. Language is NO problem, so dont be shy and apply. The registration is confirmed manually. Hurry up and fill the spots before somebody else does!
