small site update

Bugfix: Skill class system didn't display classes correctly for MasterDerf & lorb: They both have the same Elo but MasterDerf would be in his own class, followed by lorb creating yet another class after his. This has now been fixed.

Update: The ladder now supports enabling/disabling replay uploads. Currently they're disabled due to our host's issues.
