admin & judge elections

KnightKunibert & Nordmann are nominated as admins. There was one more candidate but he/she had a change of heart. This leaves us with just two possible admins instead of the 3 I hoped to get before leaving the ladder over to you guys, the players. That's why you still have the chance to become admin of the ladder together by mailing me and telling me you want the position. If we get more than 2 applications then we'll have the elections. If we get just 1 or 0 then the new admins will be KnightKunibert & Nordman + 0 or 1 more: As long as there aren't more than 3 candidates an election fills no functions since we'd have the choice of having them as admins or having no admins at all. If there are more than 3 candidates the election will be held.
