Match Cap Removed

Well, after much debate on how to solve the possible or potential match spamming problems that could arise the future. The other admins and I have agreed to remove the match cap, which has now been disabled. (thanks eyerouge )

Svek, Pelopidas and I agreed on a solution that should prevent any possible match spamming that may arise in the future. This has not been implemented yet though we hope to get it in as soon as possible. Our solution that we agreed on is a what you might call a soft-cap. We do not expect it to really effect even players that play many games. What will happen is that if you have played more than 21 ladder games in the past seven days, then for each game afterwards, your k value would slowly decrease for each match above the 21 games per week.
